AAS-FWC-12
Holds intravenous fluids and irrigation solutions at a ready-to-use temperature. Forced air circulates heat evenly through the cabin, and a microcontroller servo-proportionate system with a platinum PT-100 sensor holds the chamber to pin-point accuracy.
AIR STERILIZER
Wall-mounted, silent, and safe to run in occupied rooms. Air passes a 5-micron pre-filter and a silver-impregnated carbon filter into a HEPA stage, then through UV tubes set in a mathematically designed reflective chamber. No toxic residue, no ozone depletion.
Filter set AAS-FS-3 — pre-filter, activated carbon and HEPA — changed once a year. Available from us or through your dealer.
STERIBOX
Runs 24 hours a day in rooms with people in them. The germicidal radiation is fully contained inside the steel body, so no fraction of it reaches eyes or skin — unlike upper-room UV-C systems. Laboratory trials recorded 100% germinal reduction in static conditions and 92.5–100% in occupied rooms.
AAS-VLAF
A particle-free working environment inside the cabinet. Two stages — a washable 10 µ pre-filter, then a mini-pleat H-14 HEPA — with a perforated stainless diffuser holding the airflow velocity uniform across the whole work area.
Where they are used
IV fluids and irrigation solutions brought to a ready-to-use temperature before infusion, to avoid the drop in core temperature that comes with cold fluid — particularly in neonates and in long procedures.
Continuous air treatment in occupied spaces, where a room cannot be closed for fumigation. Also post-operative and recovery rooms, orthopaedic wards, culture rooms, mortuaries and OPD waiting areas.
Laminar flow workstations for sterile compounding, media plating and sample handling. Sterilisers also go into microbiological labs, pass boxes, packing areas and sterile storage in pharmaceutical plants.

Every unit is built, tested and dispatched from our own works in Pune. We have been doing it since 2009, and we still answer the phone ourselves. Performance trials for the sterilisers were carried out in hospitals in and around Pune.
